By completing and submitting the electronic order form (or proceeding through the 'checkout process') you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. Neither submitting an electronic order form nor completing the checkout process constitutes our acceptance of your order

An order is not considered accepted until we have dispatched it. Up until dispatch we can change, cancel & delay dispatch as required for any reason. No contract exists between us (MR HOME) & you the customer until marked as dispatched.

Payment & prices

The prices stated on the website include VAT but exclude any packaging and/or shipping costs. If an incorrect VAT percentage is applied, MR HOME can always rectify this, and the customer accepts the consequences.

Payment conditions

The goods must be paid before MR HOME proceeds to dispatch the goods. In the event of absence of payment, incomplete or late payment, MR HOME reserves the right not to send the ordered goods, pending full settlement of the outstanding balance.

The goods remain the property of MR HOME until full payment of their price.
